property value. Javier’s expertise spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, making him a trusted leader in the industry.

Javier has owned and managed over 40+ properties in New York and Pennsylvania. As a licensed electrician and certified plumber, he has been able to manage operating costs and

directly see an increase in profits for all of his properties.

Javier Morales is a retired veteran, serving proudly with honorable service for 10 years as a US Marine. Javier has also partnered with several large national corporations, including but not limited to Verizon, Lumen, and Comcast.
